and Sell your own deals with Assured Auto Finance's Origination and Compliance Program. We take the difficult and hard to
approve loans that you, the dealer, want to have financed and make them in to cash flow opportunities. - Origination and Collections program.
AAF will work with
you, the dealer, to set up a specific credit program taiored to fit YOUR MARKET-YOUR CUSTOMERS-YOUR CARS.
AAF will show you how to properly document and contract your customers for our compliance and collections program. Once your
customer is properly documented and contracted, the contract will be assigned to an Encompass affiliate and boarded
into our asset management system. Collections will be set up either as weekly, bi weekly, bi monthly
or monthly depending on profile and ability to pay. All Principal Paymentscolelcted from Retail Finance
Customers are remitted back to you, the dealer, within seven days of processing of the customer payments, clearing Encompass
clearing account. A Servicing Fee is charged per contract in the amount of 1/2 the interest payment.
The servicing fee charged will be no less than $5.00 per payment. Interesrt collected, minus the servicing fees and any other
charges, is remitted back to you, the dealer, monthly.

Sales
As you build your book of contracts under the Originations and Collections Programs we
will make these contracts available for review and bid to dozens of national buyers of aged performing contracts and forward
those bids to you, the dealer, for review and acceptance. Dealers have the option to sell or hold their contacts for sale.
